Cinthia Roberge has always enjoyed an active lifestyle as a runner, cyclist and triathlete. She started Pilates when she was looking for a method to complement her long-distance training by developing core strength and muscle balance. She immediately fell in love with Pilates and how much stronger and more efficient her body became. Cinthia has been practicing Pilates ever since and it helped her remain injury-free, feel better and maintain optimal health. After 15 years of practicing Pilates, Cinthia took a step further and decided to become a teacher to be able to inspire the same passion to others.
Cinthia completed the comprehensive training on all apparatus through Balanced Body University in Boston. After moving back to Montréal in the summer of 2016, she decided to open her own Pilates Studio at home. She is dedicated on passing the benefits Pilates has brought to her life to all of her clients.
